Digicel has now extended its St Lucian diaspora top up service to include the French West Indies countries, namely Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana. St. Lucians living in the French West Indies countries can now send top up to their families living in St Lucia from any Digicel branded stores in Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana.
