(PRESS RELEASE) – The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) urges persons to become familiar with the security features of both the EC paper and polymer notes.
The public is advised that individuals often attempt to circulate counterfeit notes around this time of year.
The public is reminded that counterfeit notes have no value, and that it is a criminal offence to be in possession of or to try to conduct business using these notes.
