Within each country of operation, local corporate social responsibility committees are able to pick their own charities that address specific needs within the community.
Since its inception in 2009, KM² CARES has identified and maintained numerous annual charitable initiatives with a focus on youth development, the elderly, infirmed and many others in need. Initiatives such as the ‘Back to School’ program which identifies children in need in underserved areas with a view to providing them schoolbooks, shoes, uniforms and other essentials or the ‘Holiday Hampers’ initiative which sees staff collect non-perishable goods for distribution amongst the elderly in care.
Over the years many of our communities have benefitted from these initiatives, and our employees have shown no shortage in their creativity in identifying ways to help others. Bake Sales, Hot Dog Stands and the like are undertaken to assist in successfully raising the much-needed funds to help the underprivileged and in need.”

KM2 Solutions employee generosity is not just limited to fund-raising and donations. Staff also volunteer their time, particularly around the holiday season, to interact with their recipients. Non-Profits such as ‘Hogar de Ninos Enmanuel’, a home for orphaned and abandoned children in Honduras receive visits from KM2 employees who spend time with the children through bonding activities.
