PRESS RELEASE – Flow extends heartfelt congratulations to Levern Spencer on her glorious achievement in becoming the first athlete in the history of St. Lucia to make it to the final at the Olympic Games.
Following her string of successes over the past year, Levern did not rest, but continued to hone her skills in preparation for the Rio Olympics.
In Rio she realised the dream of every athlete when she cleared the required height of 1.94m on her first attempt, well clear of the heights cleared by several of the other jumpers.
She is now on track to achieve her life goal of winning a gold medal for her country at the high jump final on Saturday. Her countless hours of hard work, sacrifice and perseverance have paid off.
Flow feels extremely proud to be associated with such a phenomenal athlete and to have contributed to her success.
Along with her trainers, teammates, family and friends, fans and our entire country, the Flow Family is cheering Levern on all the way as St. Lucia waits with bated breath for final on Saturday!
Best wishes to Levern and congratulations to all the members St. Lucia’s National Olympics Team for representing our country so proudly #FlowToRio
