PRESS RELEASE – This month, KFC Saint Lucia brings its flavourful and fresh menu to the fingertips of its customers with a fully interactive and informative mobile app.
The app will be the first of its kind to be launched by any of KFC’s restaurants in the Caribbean.
The app has been developed by 123 Digital Limited and promoted by Target Media Inc. both homegrown companies which we are proud to work with on this initiative.
The introduction of this app makes KFC more accessible to its customers who are always eager to be informed about exciting changes to its everyday and specials menus, and also provides a platform for the company’s community assistance programmes to be highlighted. In addition, the app will provide key information to customers on the opening hours for all of KFC’s locations on island.
In a recent interview, the company’s Marketing Officer, Deone Gardner, spoke about a major feature included to reward customers who download and use the app.
“Customers can participate in our survey once they have made a purchase at any of our restaurants and in return, they have the opportunity to be rewarded for their effort. We are extremely proud of this app and believe that it is innovative and will add further value to our customers’ total experience with KFC. The app is easy to use and provides up-to-date information on our prices and menu items.”
In addition to guaranteeing that its operations always keep its customers in mind, KFC ensures that it gives back to a number of communities through the support of cultural, educational and sporting activities. The company also provides much needed assistance to the Cerebral Palsy Association and so will use the app to heighten the public’s awareness on the various causes that it supports and how persons can get involved and contribute.
The app does not allow purchasing from KFC’s menu since one of the company’s key purposes is to always provide freshly prepared meals within a very short waiting time. The app can be downloaded from KFC’s website www.kfcslu.com and customers can access the company’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts from the mobile app.
