PRESS RELEASE – In the spirit of appreciation, CIBC FirstCaribbean took the opportunity on Friday, June 13 to thank customers for their continued support and patronage throughout the year.

The bank’s branches in Rodney Bay, Castries, Soufriere and Vieux Fort were all decorated in festive décor, while customers were treated to fruit baskets, floral arrangements, chocolates and candy jars as well as CIBC FirstCaribbean themed cupcakes. Customers were welcomed and greeted by branch managers and country manager, Ladesa James-Williams.

Speaking during the customer appreciation day, Mrs. James-Williams stated, “We really look forward to days like this where we can express to our customers how greatly we value their patronage, and are grateful for the opportunity that CIBC FirstCaribbean has, to enrich the lives of our customers. We recognise that clients have a choice in banking and appreciate those clients that make CIBC FirstCaribbean their preferred banking institution.”

CIBC FirstCaribbean has recently enriched its customer service strategy focusing on listening to and learning from customers with its Talk to me Tuesdays! Initiative, where sales staff engage with customers, seeking to answer their questions about the bank’s products and services and helping them to find customised banking solutions.

“We want to be consistent in our interaction with customers as we are in the business of providing excellent service and tailored financial solutions. We continue to use the feedback from Talk to Me Tuesdays! to improve the way we do business and provide greater value to our customers,” James-Williams noted.
