PRESS RELEASE - Tuesday, May 6 saw the commencement of CIBC FirstCaribbean’s highly interactive customer outreach programme – Talk to Me Tuesdays! The initiative is being rolled out in all countries in the Caribbean where CIBC FirstCaribbean operates.
Talk to Me Tuesdays! will see greater interaction between branch managers, their customer service representatives and sales team with customers who come into the branch. The goal is to develop a deeper appreciation of the needs, feedback and concerns of customers and address these in a manner that surpasses their expectations. The relationship-building initiative will empower customers with information on any aspect of products and services offered by the bank including, mortgages and loans, online bill payment, internet banking, debit and credit cards and special promotions.
Country Manager, Ladesa James-Williams, highlighted the impetus of the initiative, stating, “We recognise the time constraints faced by our customers, yet understand that despite today’s fast-paced world there is still great significance placed on face-to-face interaction. At CIBC FirstCaribbean we are consistently looking for ways to add value and ensure a seamless and beneficial working relationship with our customers. With this in mind, we are excited by initiatives such as Talk to Me Tuesdays that bring us even closer to our customers and allow us to make a meaningful impact on the way they do business with us.”
She added: “Talk to Me Tuesdays! hopes to answer those common questions and not so common questions customers may have about our products and services. At every one of our branches our staff will be on hand, mingling with persons who come in, answering questions and finding solutions that will make banking with us an even more pleasurable experience. Talk to Me Tuesdays! will be an ongoing initiative and we expect that with every month it will result in significant improvements for our customers and the way we do business.”
Talk to Me Tuesdays! will be held once a month at all branches of CIBC FirstCaribbean, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. until the end of the year.
