(PRESS RELEASE) – The Ministry of Commerce, International Trade, Investment, Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) hosted the Annual Saint Lucia-Taiwan Partnership Trade Show at the Golden Palm Events Centre, Rodney Heights, from Friday, November 29th to Sunday, December 01st, 2019, under the theme “Family”.
This year, the Trade Show provided an avenue for over 40 local businesses and 8 companies from Taiwan to showcase a wide range of quality goods and distinctive services, giving the general public and business community an opportunity to experience the best of Saint Lucia and the Republic of China (Taiwan). Keeping to the theme “Family”, it allowed for more families to participate in family oriented activities this year; and by all accounts, the Trade Show has been deemed a success.
Representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) are extremely pleased with the results of this partnership with the Ministry of Commerce, and are currently reviewing and planning for yet another exciting Trade Show in 2020.
The Ministry of Commerce and Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) takes this opportunity to thank all those who attended, assisted and participated in the 12th Annual Saint Lucia-Taiwan Partnership Trade Show, and encourages entrepreneurs who are passionate about their craft, to begin their preparations for next year’s Trade Show.
