(GIS) — The National Competitiveness and Productivity Council (NCPC) will launch the 2019 Productivity Awareness Week next Monday.
The theme for the observance is “Embracing Competitiveness through research and Innovation.” This year’s focus is placed on encouraging discussion amongst private and public stakeholders on ways to improve Saint Lucia’s competitiveness.
A special theatrical presentation highlighting competitiveness and productivity will be presented by Producer/Director, Drenia Frederick featuring Kiedel Sonny as the manager of an unproductive business establishment.
The keynote speaker is Karlis Noel, the talented Innovator/Inventor form the community of Laborie whose company, Invictus Inc., creates solutions for alternative energy and innovation.
The launch will be held at the Finance Administrative Center, Pointe Seraphine on Monday, Oct. 14, from 9:00 a.m.
