(PRESS RELEASE) — Negotiations between the management of Bank of Saint Lucia (BOSL) and the National Workers Union (NWU) have begun.
The financial institution and the NWU have reached agreement on some articles in the Union’s proposals submitted to the Bank.
Both sides have agreed to make every effort to deal with the matter of wages in a mature and realistic manner.
It is expected that negotiations for the new industrial agreement will conclude shortly.
