Medard paid her postpaid bill in full and on time and emerged as the lucky winner of $5,000 cash.
Digicel personally delivered the $5,000 surprise to Medard on November 26 at her place of work.
Totally staggered and in disbelief, an elated Medard explained, “I have never won anything in my life, this is such a pleasant and timely shock, because I needed to send cash to my daughter who is currently at university.
