(PRESS RELEASE VIA SNO) – The Saint Lucia Fire Service would like to inform the public that the organization will be hosting a graduation ceremony for the participants of the Principles of Management Course.
The ceremony will be held on Friday, 13 July, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Financial Centre Conference Room, Pointe Seraphin.
This course was conducted in partnership with the local branch of Lynchburg College, and ran for four days a week, from June 2017 to December 2017.
This course focused primarily on developing middle managers, by equipping them with the Fundamental Principles in Leadership, Human Relations, Managing Change, Communications, Organizational Behaviour and other similar topics.
The twenty-nine officers, who will be graduating, will receive a Professional Development Certificate from Lynchburg College.
