The draw for the $27 000 in cash winner was held on Tuesday January 17th 2017 at the company’s head office.
All Courts customers making a purchase of a Frigidaire appliance from November 29th to December 31st would have been eligible to have won this grand prize. In the end, it was Ms Laverne Gedeon, employee of Digicel, who was the lucky winner of $27 000 in cash.
When asked how she felt about being the grand prize winner, this is what Laverne Gedeon had to say:
“I would like to thank Courts for giving me the chance to win this prize. I didn’t think it would ever happen but it did. In December I purchased a Frigidaire fridge which would have qualified me for the draw. So I just want to say that I am very happy and thank you to Courts.”
