PRESS RELEASE – Bay Gardens Resorts successfully defended their title by winning the award for “Marketing Excellence” at the 7th annual “Saint Lucia Business Awards”
This is their third award for Marketing Excellence and the locally owned and managed resort chain now has a total of 15 nominations over four years , winning 7 awards, including “Business of the Year” in 2014 and 2015 and “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2014 (Mrs. Joyce Destang) and 2016 (Mrs. Julianna Ward-Destang). The award was presented to Executive Director, Mr. Sanovnik Destang, who represented Bay Gardens Resorts, at a gala ceremony hosted by the Chamber of Commerce at Johnson’s Centre.
“The secret to our success is through a forward thinking marketing strategy heavily reliant on social media and other specifically targeted internet-related marketing activities that have allowed Bay Gardens Resorts to reach an international audience at minimal costs with maximum returns.” Said Mr. Destang. “We have a very dynamic team and amazing management and staff who continue to support us and for that we are very thankful.”
These awards recognize excellence among the ranks of the Saint Lucian business community of which Bay Gardens Resorts was able to successfully showcase the direct correlation between its marketing strategy and an increase in revenue across the three properties.
