Let’s take this scenario; If Jane calls Kirby to discuss the Science exam they just wrote and spends 3 minutes on that call, she immediately gets an additional 3 minutes for free.
As they continue to chat discussing question four, the call then goes into 9 minutes and an additional 3 minutes will be received for free!
