PRESS RELEASE – Negotiations between the Management of Renwick & Company Ltd. and the National Workers Union (NWU) have been satisfactorily completed.
This industrial package is the first between the bigger traditional commercial houses on the island and the National Workers Union.
Clerical, Technical, Sales and other auxiliary staff will benefit from a new pay structure that will run for a period of three (3) years.
A regime of fringe benefits, lump sum payments and back pay are huge components of the industrial package.
Renwick & Company Ltd. employs over one hundred (100) employees within its operational units in Castries, Soufriere and Vieux Fort. The parties have already affixed signatures to the new accord.
